I am really excited about the health education and wellness coaching program I have prepared for you. This is a really exciting time. I will guide you through the steps of improving your over-all wellness, depending on your personal needs and goals.
Are you wanting to lose weight, reduce your blood pressure, get fit, ease stress, stop smoking, improve your eating habits, increase your spiritual intuition, and change your life?
It is important to understand that I can educate you, coach you, and encourage you. I cannot make the changes in your life, only you can do that. But, I can be a great asset to you.
Oneline Facebook Wellness Group
The current group I am running is basically for woman 50+ or close to it. I want to group women together who have similar age related issues.
A group for younger women can easily be started.
STEP 1: The Wellness Way health education and wellness program starts with an assessment that covers the six areas of wellness: physical, emotional, mental/intellectual, social, spiritual, and environmental aspects of your life. I will email you a pdf file of the wellness assessment
STEP 2: Together we will choose goals and objectives that are important to you.
STEP 3: Members of the group are encouraged to interact together. I will guide the discussions or respond to individual questions. It is a private group so only members of the group can read comments.I am monitor the group daily.
STEP 4: The fee to be part of our onine FB wellness group is only $25/month paid monthly through Paypal. No long-term obligations.
STEP 5: Personal telephone consulting is available at an additional reasonable fee.

We can work together regardless of your location.
What you eat, what you do, what you think, and how you feel affects every aspect of your life. Together we will look at all areas of your life and what habits and choices you want to improve upon.
